Advantages: pages are quick to load basic information is sound

Disadvantages: Very basic level and no links or job opertunities

What it is
A list of headlines which take you to a linked page dealing with a specific issue or technique in writing fiction. The site is what I would describe as ‘no frills’ it’s a simple text site with a plain white background. There is no side menu so from each page you get back to the list of headlines by using the Return to Fiction Writer's Page link at the bottom of the page. This didn’t always work when I used it so I had to resort to the back button.

What it does.
It provides sound information for anyone wanting to write fiction and needing the basics to get them started. It covers the basics of every aspect of fiction writing. It gives a suggested reading list.

What it does not.
It does not provide links for marketing your work, contact to writers other than Crawford Kilian the writer of the site. It does not showcase writers work other than, you guessed it Crawford Kilian. It also does not provide any on-line suggested reading or resource links. There is also no discussion or chat forum.

Summary:
