This site is wonderful.It is scans of people`s cats,so sweet. And before everyone says its cruel to scan puddy tats`,my cats` adore my scanner,its warm and i have to fight them to use it.lol The site is very tongue in cheek,and some of the language leaves a lot to be desired in a section they save for "Hate Mail",.Its basically sicko`s,with nothing better to do than be-little the site. The scans are put to amusing text,and i had a real giggle at the light hearted side of life. It has won several awards,one for the cruelest site award. It's not big and it's not clever, but isn't it just human nature to laugh at things that we really shouldn't laugh at? I mean, 'You've Been Framed' is still popular isn't it, even although it mostly involves videos of small children falling off bicycles into water. Jeez, 'The Big Yin', oor Billy, built an entire career by talking about willies, jobbies and STD's (although willies ARE funny things!). Most of the best jokes are sort of sick in a way too. So please forgive me for thinking that a site where people could send in pictures of cats, pictures obtained by placing the beasts on a flatbed scanner, could be amusing. Someone needs to explain this apparently 'hilarious' site to me because I really haven't got the faintest idea what the joke is. Yes, I appreciate a good laugh as much as the next person and I love most of the weird stuff on the web just because it is well erm...weird. Cat-Scan.com is weird certainly but is it entertaining? Hell no! What you get is basically a bunch of pictures from members of the public who have scanned their cats. Yes, thats right, taken their cats and held them on the scanbed and scanned them. Before I start… Thank you for wigglypufff’s excellent op for pointing out this page to me.
