Advantages: offensive to cat lovers
Disadvantages: concept
I saw this site after browsing through the weird section on Dooyoo, I am not an animal lover but I was appalled by the site, sick people sending scans of cats in.
The fact is that there are many people who take things to extreme, what if they send a picture of a dead cat in, that would be sick.
Exposing cats to the bright light of scanners can't be very good either.
When I first went to this site, it seemed a good laugh, some of the photos were really funny, and there were some good shots. They were WEIRD, and I supposed since it came under the weird heading it did its job.
I know there are warning about not exposing you're cat to bright light but I think its not enough. Its such a sad and pointless site, I would give it the thumbs down and say it was one of the worst sites I have ever visited.
It's offensive to cat lovers and since I have a cat I was deeply disturbed.
I was even sad enough to e-mail them and complain and it looks like many people have.
The only good thing about the site was that it had some good links, for cat lovers like offers information on training behaviour, health care and diseases.

- 07/11/00 I haven't seen it, my 1st reaction was to laugh and think whatever will people think of next! However, when I thought about it, you're right - it is cruel and must scare the life out of the poor moggies. Not to be recommended. |
