In my bid to make a bit of extra cash, I've signed up to a few survey sites, one of them being Ciao surveys. It works in the same way as most survey sites, you take surveys and get some kind of reward. On Ciao you can go on the site to take the surveys or you get emailed some. I took all the profile surveys, which are supposed to help get you more surveys.

They offer rewards from 10p, the most I've been paid is £1.50. There are a huge amout of surveys that you get screened out of which is annoying, especially after answering a few questions! Bit of a waste of time. They are mostly consumer surveys.

You will also need a Paypal account to get paid and you need a fiver before they cash out. This is quite low compared to other sites, such as One Poll. I have been on there most days, and have managed to earn about seven pounds in less than two months. It took them three weeks to transfer to Paypal, which isn't too bad.

The surveys aren't that exciting and sometimes the rewards are rubbish 10 ten pence for 30 mins? No thanks!

Having said that, I have made a few quid from it and have been accepted for a fair few surveys, so I will probably stick with using it for a bit longer.
