There's not many Celtic web directories, even less bi-lingual ones, so its shame that Cilmeri isn't better than it is.
There's the usual categories of Business, Recreation, Culture etc and there's a search facility, e-mail list and an invitation to suggest a site.
Its design is strictly functional (though that's not great loss for a directory, where speed is of the essence). More importantly though, although it caters for Wales, Ireland, Cornwall and Manx, Cilmeri is rather thin on entries.
