In January 2009 I booked two tickets to fly to Prague from Manchester in October with click4sky. This was to be a surprise 60th birthday present for my husband. I was emailed a booking number. In July I had to contact click4sky for my electronic booking in ticket which was duly emailed. On Sunday 25th October I tried to book in on line only to find out click4sky had cancelled the flight. I had no information from click4sky regarding flight being cancelled and it was only after making a phone call to click4sky I found out the information about the cancellation of the flight was given out in August and the last flight was 23rd October.
As you can imagine I was gutted at not being able to go to Prague for my husband birthdy but what really did annoy me was the total lack of communication from click4sky and the total lack of interst in the loss of my holiday .I would think long and hard about using this airline. If you do please check all information is correct
