This man had what was billed as 'the world's most perfectly developed body'. He did it all by exercise and diet. Charles Atlas was an Italian immigrant to USA. He transformed himself using his own method, from a '97 pound weakling into the most physically advanced specimen that the world has ever see.' (Quite a big claim, I would say!) He used a system called 'Dynamic Tension' which is still marketed today. The body building course requires no drugs or special equipment.
