I am absolutely astonished that I am the first to review cokezone! I first discovered this reward system at the end of last year when a certain promotion was running at my most local supermarket (waitrose).

The way in which the system works is that tehre is a unique code printed onto the bottle of 2 litre and 500ml plastic bottles of the coke range, which can be entered via mobile (usual rates apply) or via the website. For larger bottles you are awarded 3 points, and for the smaller ones 2 points. The idea is that you collect enough points to redeem for prizes, for instance buy one get one free offers at theme parks can set you back 10 points, or maybe you could enter your two points for a chance to win a new ipod. The point prizes range from 2 points all the way to 600, with a more recent range of "hero rewards" being introduced, which include things such as xbox 360s, cameras and ipods.

You might be thinking how on earth somebody would manage to drink that many bottles of coke, but it's really surprising how quickly it goes up. In my house we do drink quite a lot of coke, and so this has been of quite some benefit to us, with almost 1000 points in our account - (hoping to save for a ps3 if one ever appears on the site!). In a way coke has managed to make us buy a bit more than usual though, as occasionally when we've felt like having lemonade or something outside of the offer, we've decided to get coke anyway in order to get the points.

Another great way of achieving enough points for your desired reward is to keep an eye out at parties or in cafés, where people will leave their bottles. It seems that very few people are actually making use of this offer, which is a shame because it can be a real winner! If your relatives don't want the codes why not ask them for their empty bottles?

If you drink coke anyway, this is a winner, but otherwise I can appreciate that it may not be for you.

Summary: excellent for coke lovers to get themselves some nice things.
