All competitions listed here are free to enter, but of course, being postal entries you have to supply stamps, postcards and ummm 'ink' if you want to be pedantic, so they are somewhat less than free. For me, this is a step too far - there are very few competitions which I would actually shell out cash to enter into, but the option is here for those who would - and to be fair, your chances of winning on these is probably much higher than on the net based ones. The internet is jam packed with competitions and those wanting to enter them so your chances of winning on them would seemingly be quite slim although saying that I've been entering them for about a month and have already won twice so maybe not THAT slim. To make things a little easier than simply trawling your way around the net a number of competition portals have sprung up giving you quick and easy access to sites they know about which are running these competitions, complete with closing dates etc. - and very useful they are too. For the more serious comper though, these free to enter web-based competitions just might not be enough and this is where this site ...

Want a change from the never ending internet competitions? Fancy putting pen to postcards? If yes then you will find plenty of postal competitions on a site I have been using for the last six months,compnet.org.uk. Here you will find loads of competitions to enter,consisting of postcard,plain paper and tiebreaker entries. I was amazed just how many are listed here,you have to be a serious comper for this site as it can be quite costly.
