Disadvantages: Poor client satisfaction. No completed Kitchen. Poor communiation within company

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!
4 months on and we are still waiting for our kitchen to be completed.
We have waited in for deliveries and fitters that have not turned up. The oven and hob were faulty and had to be replaced. A wall unit was sagging and I was told it was because there were tins on the shelf and I should distrbute them. Each time you phone the company, they are not interested in helping you. I wrote a letter of complaint and was told Nicky Dunn was investigating the issues - I have never been able to talk to her. I have written to the ombusman and will take this company to court, but it is still frurstating that I have spent £9,000.00 and live in a mess, stone floors, holes all over the walls, sockets hanging out. Will I ever have a completed kitchen?
