Coolshop.co.uk are brilliant, as a first time buyer with them i can genuinely say they are the quickest supplier of xbox 360 games. i ordered after 5pm uk time n they despatched same day. Took no more than 48 hrs to arrive. thx coolshop. cheap games too. 9 out of 10

I ordered a game from CoolShop, but they quietly cancelled my order without notifying me. When I noticed, and queried it, they said there had been a problem with my credit card. When I offered to pay with a different card, they said they couldn't re-instate the order. It took me several days and multiple emails to their support staff, but eventually they admitted that in fact they had sold me the game at the wrong price, and were now only prepared to sell it at a 50% higher price! I have never experienced customer service like this in all my days of trying to purchase something online.It was a case of being told there is an error code "Refused by acquirer" that seemed to pop up after entering my card details (lost count how many times).After numerous emails and livechat conversations it was a case of "sorry can't help you".If this is how they operate then it's time for me to look elsewhere for they can't be needing the business.It was only when i contacted my bank(twice) it was discovered a request for payment hadn't even been requested and they suggested that coolshop ie Entertainment Trading is having transmission problems when contacting them for a payment.This I suggested to them and all they would tell me is try again.What i say is get your act together coolshop or you wont have any business atall.

Seems they have messed up big time with advanced warfare 2, they stated on their website that is ordered before the 09th November then you'll receive it the day of release, mine isn't here and the comment section on their website has people asking where their copy is, they have also turned off their helpline number which I guess is because they were being swamped by calls and it just goes straight to a answer machine message. So they say a statement which they can't back up, false advertising,never use these again,will be forwarded to watchdog also. Also they sell imports ,taken from their website....Although the majority of games sold on Coolshop are specifically for the UK market, there will be some instances where in our effort to offer the CHEAPEST POSSIBLE PRICES some stock may say NOT TO BE SOLD IN THE UK.

I've preordered the new COD game after realising it's the cheapest on the PC but I contacted Coolshop first before ordering via live chat to ask when pre orders will be dispatched, as I'm very eager to play this game and I was advised that I will have it on time for release.
I was also informed they always aim to have pre orders in customers hands by day of release and I was very impressed with the Live chat feature and how professional they seem.
The site looks like a little messy but there's some great deals around and it seems like there customer service is of a high standard.
