Advantages: Cheap, good deals, free delivery, helpful

Disadvantages: Not a good selection of Blu-rays!

Coolshop.co.uk is an online store that sells pretty much only video games for any major console like Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Playstation 2, DS, PSP and Wii and they also sell some Blu-rays (but I don`t think they have a wide selection of Blu-rays as I can`t seem to find any on their website!)

When I first used the website I was a little bit suspicious as I got Burnout Paradise the Ultimate Box, Trivial Pursuit (reviewed) in a bundle and as they had a promotion that if you buy any Xbox 360 game you get a Connect 4 code as well, I also got Connect 4 for less than £15 when on Amazon the Ultimate Box was more than that on it`s own! Also I had never heard of the website and wondered if it was dodgy as the website looks a little basic. However I ordered my game and within 3 days I got my games and the delivery was free!

This shows you that the website can be very cheap and have some very good deals on which are easy to spot as there is a section on the main page under the links which shows you the most popular games and also you can look at the top 40 games for each console.

The layout of the website is quite basic but works fine and the pages load reasonably quickly. The pages are easy on the eye and all the links on the website work (well, maybe apart from the Blu-ray section!)

I have emailed Coolshop on a couple of occasions and they answered quickly and were quite helpful. One time I asked them whether I would get Connect 4 with my order as it did not show up on the information but they promised me I would get it and I did receive it so I am happy with their customer service.

The website also offers a loyalty point system where if you spend £30 you get £1 worth of points off of future purchases which is quite good but a shame it is such a higher amount to get 1 point and I think it would be better as a simple percentage like 3%.

UPDATE Just bought a new game from the website will say more when it arrives e.t.c! Game has arrived on the Thursday and I ordered on the Tuesday!

Overall I would definitely recommend Coolshop.co.uk to you as it has very cheap prices, free delivery and a good customer service and quite a large selection of games.
