Very pleasantly surprised. As I didn't know the company I was a little dubious but decided okay, I'll give them a try and I am so happy I did. Coolshop was by far the best price for the Nintendo 3DS games I bought (one was at least £10 cheaper than elsewhere and it wasn't an old game). As this product has been ordered for a Christmas present, I cannot comment on the product, but the service was unbeatable. Having had two orders cancelled from other sources, I was ready for another setback, but quite the reverse. My order was delivered in less than 48 hours, and was cheaper than the other sources. Cannot flaw this company. Last year I received my game early and this year I also receive it early (because there was a delay for the game, I wasn't expecting it - but it came!)I very, very highly recommend this company to anyone who wishes to buy games for the cheapest prices around with great customer service.

Never ordered from this site before and ordered a pre-order item and this arrived on the day the item was released. Was very impressed.I actually ordered DS game professor Layton Spectre's Call and this was cheaper than any other website. and cheaper than retail price by approx £10.Keep this up Coolshop perhaps you can encourage the people who produce these games to make them cheaper in the first place.

The game is a gift for Christmas so I can't comment on the game, but I can say that the service from Coolshop was just as it should be. Simple to use website, the best price I found after shopping around and prompt well packaged delivery, with follow up email to check if the product was okay and inviting a review.

I recently purchased the new Professor layton game on DS from Coolshop. I ordered it on the release day and received it the next day- great service. Plus the game was about £5 or £6 cheaper than anywhere else!I will certainly be buying my games from coolshop in the future.
