Disadvantages: Terrible customer service

Coral are a well known and very reputable bookmaker, therefore when i signed up i did not forsee the horrific customer service that i was about to receive.

This point really lets the website down for me, and it will not be a betting establishment that i use again in a hurry, as i now really do not see the point.

There are too many better betting sites out there.

The website is ok, its fairly easy to use. The lack of search function makes it slightly irritating though and the whole thing does appear a little dated and behind the times when you compare it to the new flashy sites such as Victor Chandler or skybet.

However, this is not the sites lowest point, as you can still find plenty to bet on.


Selections
------------
The selection on coral is surprisingly good, and this will be the only positive piece of reviewing it gets from me. You can bet on a wide range of different sports, from the obscure to the ordinary.

Theres also a handy casino area, which is great if you want to win a bit of cash on the tables.


Customer care
------------------
One word. Pathetic. I had to verify my account (which i do all the time on other sites) yet they said that my bank details were not correct? How can this be? They have been fine throughout the rest of my life.

This gets worse when you cannot reply to the person who has e-mailed you as it comes from behind the cloak of donotreply@coral.co.uk. This is absolutely shocking, left me frustrated and annoyed, and not wishing to use coral again.

The worst thing is they let me place a bet, but now i am not verified, they will not let me withdraw, or even get my money back. Thus they have basically robbed me.

Stay well away. Terrible terrible site.
