Critters is a site for serious writers of sci-fi, fantasy and horror. Members form a workshop/critique group and try to help each other. There are articles here on 'how to critique', links to sci-fi, horror and fantasy research sites. You can read interviews with other writers about their writing and access lots of other useful resources. This is an excellent site for people who want to write successful SF, fantasy or horror stories for publication. The site is run by Andrew Burt - known affectionately to Critters as Aburt - who is a professor in Maths and Computer Science at the University of Denver. He has been writing stories since the 70s and is one of the most amiable people you could hope to meet. The aim of Critters Workshop is to provide a community of writers who will offer critique of each others stories.
