Advantages: Easy to use, interesting and informative website with a wide range of products

Disadvantages: Could do with order acknowledgement

I have been using Crocus for a number of years now and have always been very happy with the service that I have received. The website is easy to use and to search (although sometimes if you don't know the exact botanical name of the plant it may not appear if you search for it.) The site has lots of interesting and useful articles on gardening and a search engine that allows you to look for plants for different soils. You can also buy gifts, garden furniture and tools. Delivery has always been prompt and plants always arrive well packaged. There is an option to split delivery if some plants are likely to be available sooner than others. After purchasing, I have not received an email of acknowlegement and have had to telephone to ask if the order was received, and, although the staff are always very helpful and polite, this is something I feel could be improved.

Summary: Overall an excellent website
