The Coventry University student portal has come under consistent reworking and tweaking to try and improve it but it still fails on many levels. It is easy to set up as a student and there are plenty of people willing to help you. I found the whole process fine to deal with. The website can be accessed and logged into on campus and off it easily. The homepage is cluttered with endless links and information so you often don't pick up on the more important information as it gets lost within it all. The layout looks poor and untidy.
