Disadvantages: no means of contact, many members haven't logged on for months

I seem to be joining a growing number of people who are very disappointed with DatingDirect.com. I have had endless problems since joining them, there is no way of contacting them for advice or help as there is not a contact e.mail address on the site - even though they wrongly state there is. It is almost inpossible to cancel you subscription, again because there are no contact detail and many of there alleged 3.5million haven't logged on in months. I would not recommend this site to anyone! I wished I'd asked a few more people about it before I joined because nobody I know seems to have a good word to say.
