They suggested to me a form of words for a letter to be sent by recorded delivery. The complaints are logged, so the more people who complain to them, the more likely it is that action will be taken. As others have said, I wish that I had seen this site before ordering. This is the first really bad experience of on-line ordering for me. As others, I placed an order and paid for it, but the have not goods arrived - and I needed them for a deadline. I advise against using this company. I placed an order a month ago and received one item with other to follow...allegedly. A month later no sign of it, no replies to emails and no telephone contact facility available so impossible to follow up. Have since found numerous reviews saying similar thing- charged and then no goods and no response. I will be seeking refund if necessary via credit card but lot of hassle. Appalling company in my experience.

Avoid this place! I placed an order in april and my credit card was charged immediately. After that day I haven't heard anything about my order. It is also impossible to contact them to clarify the situation.

On decuisine - other commentator is correct. I strongly recommend any customers report their concerns to Consumer Direct (the government consumer advice agency and arm of trading standards). This will not only build up a file against deCuisine, but also importantly they can provide legal guidance on getting your money back/items delivered. I think deCuisine rely on people using credit card insurance to reclaim their cash and only deliver/refund themselves if threatened with legal action. They will continue trading in this way unless people take action.
