delia online is a fantastic website just full of recipes and a really useful resource.

There are sections on how to cook, ingredients and equipment which are full of good advice but I mainly use the site to find recipes. There is a recipe of the day / week which often inspires me to either cook that or something similar when I see it and there is also a section on what you should be cooking this month which has recipes using seasonal ingredients.

You can search for recipes in categories but what I normally do is either search for a particularl Delia recipe that I want or search on an ingredient that I fancy cooking but am not sure what to do with. This site seems to contain just about every recipe Delia has written and there must be thousands of recipes on there so a good selection always comes up. The recipes are written in true Delia style with helpful comments and have nice pictures to whet your appetite. Once you've found a recipe there is a link to a print format without adverts, you can email it to someone or there is even a link to add the ingredients to your shopping list although I've never tried this so don't know how it works, its a good idea though.
