Advantages: very wide variety of subjects, easily searchable with many results, free, easy to join

Disadvantages: ads, some forums are private, some forums don't exist.

I have a personal account on Delphi. My username is mugwort. As does my husband and a woman friend.
It is virtually impossible for me to praise Delphi too high. It is simply the best. Okay, why is it the best. Well I'll tell you. True there's no way for me to tell if it has the most forums. Truth be told I never did any comparison searching with other forum sites. However this much is clear its searchable. That's what I like the most about this forum site. You can search for particular forums. Simply put in keywords in their search button , click the button and voila there you are. And you get at least ten results. Many times you can get hundreds, depending of course on the topic.
Now it gets even better. Let's say for example you're searching for forums for online games. Let's say one of the search results is for example onlinepokemon forum. (I made that up for my opinion here). You than go the forum and than usually, but not always it has related forums. Than you go a related forum and guess what, you guessed it, that site has forums that are related to and so and so forth. The result is you have if not an endless then a wide variety of forums that relate to your original search to go to.
Its free, quick, easy to join. The usual, username, password, a little about yourself.
Than once you've joined you don't have to keep signing in. If you press remember my password your username and password is automatically stored.
Prepping for writing an opinion is simple. Simply once you've entered a forum, pull down the menu where you think you're comment belongs, write a brief title for it, and than type in whatever you want to write.
Each forum is individually owned. I stronly recommend their rules for posting. If you abide by them you should have no trouble with your post. Like most web sites , spamming is not tolerated.
One negative. They have ads they
throw at you before you log in, but all you have to do is click no thanks and you're at Delphi forums ready to have the world know your opnion on just about any subject on earth.
