We ordered the Rhine 5m by 4m with the 45mm walls. It arrived on time, on the back of a large lorry. Driver was very helpful, as many others have noted. It was actually quite easy to put up, once you had worked out what all the pieces were. The instructions were not that great, but could be followed OK, and all pieices fitted together well. The hardest part was creating a solid base and making sure this was flat and level. The fittings were OK.

I had no problems with their customer services, although they were a bit slow in responding to queries. It is best to work out exactly what you want, and then order it, without expecting that they will provide much guidance over the phone.

In summary - Excellent product - good value and really well made. Pretty easy to put as well, no parts missing and delivery driver really helpful. The 45mm version feels nice and solid. Highly recommended."
