I have used Dial-A-Flight for flights from the UK to Barbados. I have found the staff (particularly Josh) to be very helpful and friendly, going above and beyond the call of duty. In contrast to the other reviews I have seen on this site, I can honestly say that I've never had any trouble at all booking with Dialaflight. I've booked quite a few holidays with them over the past 5 years or so and have always had everything run very smoothly. I alway deal with the same person. She makes sure that I'm well looked after and she always finds me a fab deal on the flights. Last time I booked we went away to St Lucia on an all inclusive trip. We had two weeks and it cost us way less than we saw the same holiday for in our local travel agents on our high street. I was very impressed Lex at Dial A Flight. Lex, was courteous, and very helpful he made the whole process of booking a flight a pleasure. The after sales service was also fantastic, far and above anything I have ever experienced before. Lex called me at home on a couple of occasions to make sure I had received everything I needed and, once more, wished me a pleasant journey! I would recommend Dial A Flight to anybody! I would like to say firstly that I am incredibly pushed for time, but felt it was actually my duty to take the time to warn others of the risks of booking a flight with Dialaflight. This is my experience: rang them directly, bought my paper tickets. Gave all my details over the telephone.£££ deducted from my account. They sent email confirmation.I checked online.All details there. However,I checked again a few weeks later,noticed 'status' of tickets was 'despatched' to wrong address.
