shocking is all i can say i booked with dial a flight back in jan for trip to nz in oct this year, the guy who dealt with me rushedlike mad i felt just to get off p,hone on to the next customer quickly as poss, it gets worse , just checked out price on dial a flight website and the cost of hol is 600.00 cheaper, than when i booked it when i phoned them up i asked to speak to a managerto ask why in two months since i booked it has dropped in price needles to say the attitude was tough, he wouldnt budge an inch then i tried customer care and a woman called linda beggared belief with her answer, she said i shouldnt go and check prices on their website , as it fluctuates and nobody bothers like i have, yeah all in all please do yourself a favour and avoid this has gor to be the worst of the worst for customer care, believe me i have booked loads of hols and never had problems before. kay
