Excellent Company - problems with carrier being inept, all sorted by the Company - highly recommended, superb service

Great company and would recommend to anyone. I Actually bought from e-directrade and have had a very good experience. I bought a few bits from their store and everything was priced well, easy to find and delivered in lightning speed. Just thought i should let you know as i will certainly be purchasing from them again.

I ORDERED A SUBMERSIBLE DIRTY WATER PUMP FROM E-DIRECTRADE 2 WEEKS AGO AND I WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WOULD BE A DELAY AS THEY HAVE CHANGED SUPPLIERS AND I WAS HAPPY TO WAIT AS I WAS INFORMED OF THE DELAY ON THE DAY I ORDERED THE ITEM .

I feel sorry for people who will try and buy from e-directrade and have not seen this review site, this company is a shambles. it use to be called diyland and were in so much debt they changed there name, i ordered a year ago didnt get what i wanted and got no refund worst company ever just wish everyoune knew do not buy from them if you do read this

I concur with the majority of these ratings. I placed an order with DIYLand in June. No goods arrived. Could not make contact by phone. In the early days of chasing this order I made limited contact by email but was basically fobbed off with a "we are chasing your order" response. I can only concur with the majority of the reviews on this site. Goods ordered April, I was told there would be a short delay hung on hoping to get goods delivered but here we are in August and I'm still waiting. I cancelled the order at the end of July and am still waiting for a refund. My advice would be to avoid them like the plague prices may be cheap but when you have all the hassle of trying to get a refund.....

Just to make it clear - do not order from this company! Like others who have posted reviews you have to leave a star if I had the option I'd leave a few minuses

Don't use this company. Still waiting after 2 months. No reply to e-mails.

On Tuesday Afternoon 5pm I ordered a Silverline Cordless Drill, some clamps and a saw.. The next morning I recieved an email confirming that it had been dispatched. Today (Thursday) at 10am it all arrived and all in good condition.

Just thought I'd post something positive as some people don't seem to recieve the same level of service as I have and will be purchasing again.

If you check out reviews on amazon about this company you will find they have almost a 100% positive record with there customers, from that it cant be as bad has the review here

wish i had read your reviews before placing my order with diyland who now go by the name e-directrade.
am now going thro paypal dispute system as goods not arrived and cant make contact by phone or email.

Had a horrible experience getting what i ordered from this company twice out of 3 orders. Prices are good and free delivery is a bonus if you spend enough.

They don't look to be a very stable company, they change their website a lot and I've just just noticed that they have changed there company name. I preferred the old site to the new one they use now.

I also did a company search when my stuff didn't turn up and found the owner has been bankrupt quite a few times, and the last few reviews look a bit fake as there posted within a few days of each other.

As I said their prices are pretty good, but theres better more reliable places to shop even if it costs you a little more.

1 star only im afraid on this one.

Have used DIY Land 6 Times now, and am very happy with the services provided by them, there has been a slight delay on the last 2 orders as they have changed payment providers, but even so was updated on all progress with my orders. I would recommend DIY Land to anyone! I don't normally get involved in site reviews but after reading the last two comments felt i had to write this review, as i have never had any problem in contacting them or any problems with emails, i rate this website first class and would recommend to anyone

DO NOT buy anything from this site. It is a phony site, we recently attempted to purchase various products, only to find out they never turned up and we can not contact the company. In the process of getting the money back via our credit card. Just do not even think about buying from diyland.co.uk. I do not even want to rate it with one star, what a scam it is.

BEWARE!!! They take your money and do not supply the goods. Their pone is never answered, they do not reply to e-mails. Do not use this company. I have been trying for three months now to get either the goods or a refund with no joy. Steer well clear. I have had to give a one star rating because I cannot complete the review without doing so but they really are a zero star company.
