Dobedo is the newest funkiest chat site in the web.Just the name insinuates how fun it is, and it is. Compared to many other sites Dobedo is in a league of it's own.Instead of lines and line of writing you get to chose u'r own cartoon character(you can if you want put u'r own picture on it or a celebrities)and every time you speak a speech bubble comes from u'r mouth. I think Dobedo is brilliant! You get to be these characters which you can make up yourself with their heads and bottoms,or you can use pictures from your own computer. You have many chat rooms which you can choose when entering the island,you can go on a full picture of the island and choose which destination you wish to be at. The chat is easy as you just type and it will show on your screen in a speech bubble,you press enter and it will be seen in your chat room! You can whisper to people,dream,shout and many more. Dobedo is like another planet. As soon as you enter, you forget where your supposed to be. It is a confusing site and is not in any way user friendly, mainly because navigation is impossible. Keeping a conversation is also impossible as your conversation appears in speech bubbles and only appears for a number of seconds. This means that before you know it, it is gone and you have missed what the person has said, leaving nothing to refer to. So, you just become lost and friendless. And that don't feel too good. I joined dobedo ages ago, and I have to say, at first I was quite impressed, its as if everyone knew each other, you could customise your characters appearance and write about yourself for others to read. Theres also a free mail service that is given to everyone, so no more writing down long email addresses, just remember the other person's userame, send them a mail and they'll get it as soon as thet next log on to chat! This site has a very fresh feel to it! The layout is cool and different. The way you can make yourself look how you want is also very original. This site is good if you want a laugh and the rest of your mates are on as well. But if you are looking for a serios chat with someone than this really isn't. I don't go to caht rooms any more but when I used to this was my favourite along with MSN! Which is boring but very easy to use and practicle unlike dobedo.
