Have you visited www.donatetocharities.com yet? If not, then hopefully you will after reading what it's all about.

www.donatetocharities.com was set up by two dooyoo legends (now less active on here, unfortunately!) who go by the names of Colly and Catawall. It is a follow-on from their successful first site, beenzforcharity, which had to wind down with the collapse of beenz.

www.donatetocharities.com has recently undergone a major face-lift, so even if you had previously visited the old site, then you should check out the new, super improved version.

The site was started to help to make us all aware about the multitude of different charities, their websites, and how we can help to raise money for these good causes. They also hope to be able to make regular donations to these charities.

The new site has been designed to in a tasteful multi-blue-tone fashion. It is pleasing on the eye, and easy to navigate by its top of the page, and left hand sided links.

The various sections are:


* Free Donations *
Listed here are a plentitude of links (currently 35) where you can click-to-donate to various charities. Yep, that's right - simply by clicking on a link, you are donating money to a deserving charity. So, after you have read this opinion, get over there and start clicking.

* Charity Promotion *
In this section, you have the chance to promote a charity of your own choice. All you need to do is to write a short piece on the charity, submit it, and hey presto, you may see it on the www.donatetocharities.com site. This gives you the chance to promote lesser known charities, or tell everyone about a charity that is special to you.

* Charity Directory *
An enormous task in which thousands of charities will be listed according to their cause. This is to be a worldwide directory and is still currently under construction. The www.donatetocharities.com founders are looking f
or people to help them with this task, and to become Category Managers. If you are interested, then check out this section at www.donatetocharities.com for more details.

* Links & More *
Links to sites of people and organisations who have helped them.

* About Us *
Tells you a little about why the site started.

* Forums *
