How quickly things come and go, once everyone was moaning about this little thing. Now it more along the lines of: "DIE NOKIA POP UP DIE!!" What will we all be quarreling over in a months time? Well I actually thought this was a good tool, catering advertising to suit the members interests. Good idea, possibily more clikcs, and make some more money. Put it this way, I would prefer this to "Nokia Game" pop-up any day of the week! Smack! Owch. That bloody hurt? What the hell did you do that for? Day after day, week after week, month after month I return here. I do my work, write my words, and give them to you as a gift. Just before I decided tow write this old opinion, the old pop up selector just appeared! Hmm, maybe its a sign. Anyway some people say "they cannot see the point in it", however it is only a means of dooyoo structuring its advertising. This way techy people get to read techy ads, and in theory a higher click through rate occurs - greeater revenue for dooyoo = more money for us users? Well, hopefully. Aften having been off Dooyoo for the last couple of months, this was a new surprise for me. The whole site has changed since I last visited, but when I signed in this popup appeared from Dooyoo. It is called the DooyooSelector and it there for you to choose what type of advetising you want to see. There are 5 different categories to choose from Technology Money and Finance Lifestyle and Travel No Preference Entertainment All these titles are placed around a round knob. I suppose my title could be the truth. Dooyoo is good enough to pay us for writing, they have to get money from somewhere and advertising is a good money maker. Now to the subject in hand - the new "toy" on the Dooyoo site. It is known as the DooyooSelector. What this is here for is so that each individual user can choose the type of adverts they are interested in to be on their screen.
