Guess what I’m holding in my hand ? Yes, It’s a pint of very nice white wine. It’s not the finest or most expensive white wine in the UK, coming from Asda’s at £3.49 for 3 Litres ( Le Soliel Medium Dry ), locally referred to in Glasgow as ( “ Le Sore-Heid ” ) but regardless, I find that it does the ‘trick’ very nicely, thank-you. As you will probably have guessed, I am no ‘wine snob’ having never really been in a position to buy or stock up with ‘fine’ wines, but I have tasted a few and, as a result, the subject of ‘ wine ’ in it’s infinite glory, is ...
