Advantages: Lots of info, articles, a shop, quick, easy to navigate

Disadvantages: none at all

This site is extensive. It is a whole gardening magazine wrapped up into a very good looking and 'busy website. At first glance, the site looks really interesting. There's loads of interesting links and features, but I have a slight niggle. The whole top third of the page is taken up by the e-garden logo, which makes all the content squashed up at the bottom. Strange, but as I say, only a minor design niggle.

There's really lots here, so if you love gardening take an hour out to be able to explore the site properly. You can but all your plants, gardening products and gardening books from the site. Really useful

What I particularly liked here was the sort of diary, which tells you what you should be doing each particular month in your garden. As a complete beginner, this type of information is extremely useful for me. They pick best plants for the month, suggest new projects, and remind you of what needs doing to keep your garden looking great at each time of year.

There's a newsletter you can subscribe to, a kiddies corner, a gardening club which highlights regional gardening societies and clubs and much much more. A great example of a superior British website. Well done e-garden, you are now on my list of bookmarks.
