Advantages: Great for the opinionated
Disadvantages: They may have gone out of business
I love online surveys. People ask my opinion, I can slag off the companies and web sites that I don't like, I can waste half an hour at work. Is there no end to their uses? I was very happy to sign up to do questionnaires for MORI (which is who e-people are) - after all you kind of assume that you opinion will count for a bit more than a survey at whyaren'tyoubuyingmystuff.com (I just made that up) which is a tad biased towards finding out new ways of selling you stuff. I thought that I would be giving opinions about who I might vote for, what I thought of cars, is cheese good and so on. Useful kinds of things. What actually happened is that I filled in a few questionnaires that always seemed to be about travel web sites, and after that they stopped contacting me. Perhaps I don't visit travel web sites enough to satisfy them. I'm a bit disappointed, and hopefully they will start again - but for now I am happy to use dooyoo to vent my spleen. I did get a handful of beenz for my troubles, so all was not wasted, however I have serious doubts that I will ever earn enough beenz to get anything worthwhile. I wouldn't try and register with them just for this. It's just a bit of fun.
