e-trade.co.ukNewest Review: ... versions of internet explorer - I'd thought their servers were down. I emailed them about it - no response. I phoned them and they said "oh yeah - we know about that". Thanks! Etrade are best avoided. Their admin is appalling and every time they make system changes they either 'lose' your account or all your holdings are wrongly displayed.
It usually takes them a few days to respond to any query and you are unable to trade until it is all put straight.
They refuse to offer financial compensation for their errors and incompetence!

Lots of promises, but was never able to access my account. Finally had to transfer the entire account to a real brokerage firm, which took 6 weeks. Do yourself a favor. Instead of sending your money to Etrade ...
