Good value for money (easyjet.com)

Advantages: Cheap and cheerful

Disadvantages: No compensation for delays (but then this is reflected in the price you pay)

I have used this airline on numerous occasions for domestic UK travel. I have generally found Easyjet to be a good combination of low value and decent service. Flights are generally on time and the flights feel safer than other budget airlines that I have used in the past. In terms of purchase, the easyjet website displays the cost of the flight with all taxes included which makes it easy to access the true cost of a trip. There are other items that can be purchased such as insurance and additional baggage but it is very straightforward to remove these items from your order. Be particularly careful to remove the baggage item if you are travelling with only hand luggage, as the default option is for one hold bag per flight. Easyjet also have frequent sales which offer even cheaper flights, again the cheaper flights are easily identifiable as they are highlighted in yellow.
All in all an excellent budget airline.
