Advantages: sorted out in the end....TOOK THERE TIME
Disadvantages: MANEY TAKEND WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE
I recently booked a holiday with Easyjet..hotel & flight.
I was HORRIFED with there service not only did the website say not process my payment but told me NO monies had been taken from my account so i then tried again using a different card only to find the same. I then proceeded to ring my Bank to see if there was any problem with my card only to find easyjet had taken the money twice without my knowledge and whilst it said no payment had been taken,in total £1200 had been taken and was bein process and i had no holiday booked no booking reference NOTHING! I went back to the Easyjet website to find the telephone number (which was not easy) then run them only to find my payment was in a state of limbo and could not be touched for 5days!They had taken my money when saying they didnt and i couldnt do anything for 5DAYS! i complanied and spoke to the manager who told me he could not do anything for me and i had to wait for hte money to be released.I found there lawyers number online and rung them explaind what had happend and told of my distress as now i had no money and had gone overdrawn on my account.Finaly they sorted it out gave the money back and payed £300 towards my holiday. Which i thought was the very least they could do.There customer service is AWFUL and the mangers are USeless! carful when you book online
