I recently had an Easyjet flight cancelled due to bad weather. I was convinced claiming the refund would be nightmare. The customer service number is charged at 10p per minute and asks lots of automated questions before putting you through...a bad start. When we did get to the human he was most helpful no arguments and a offered a full and immediate refund for the outgoing and return flight, so despite the irritating premium rate line the cost of getting the refund was probably less than a £1. Overall not bad at all.

Easyjet are simply a fantastic budget airline. I recently purchased tickets to Barcelona. The cost of the tickets was rediculously good and i was more than pleased with the ease we went through the airpost with no problems whatsoever. The easyjet website is a pleasure to use.
