Advantages: that it exists

Disadvantages: that it just isnt much good

I have been an ebay member since may 2005 and have never had any real problem from other users regarding buying or selling items. untill a week ago. i sold an item on ebay and the buyer, who looks to be a newbee and has 0 feedback has not contacted me since the auction end and has not paid. i have sent emails etc and ihave contacted ebay to see if thay can help me out.

its very frustrating sitting waiting for a response, which i doubt will ever come. and ebay are not much help, it seems they send automated emails out in response to questions which isnt ideal.

i dont know weather to just cut my losses and re-list the item or wait it out and see what happens.

my advice is to ask sellers without any feedback to contact you before placing a bid on your items. i now plan to use a message on my ebay adverts stating this to potential buyers.

Summary: non paying ebayers!
