Disadvantages: Service charges, Zero customer service, long battle for refunds

Is one star the lowest rating on the site? If there were a zero then ebookers deserve it for their customer "service2. It works well enough until you pay and then if you need to change anything then you have to call a premium rate number to an Indian Call centre whose customer "service" operators will cut you off a few times. All Ebookers are interested in doing is charging £30 service fees for each change, even when the change is their fault. Refunds (less the "service" charges) may or may not appear - mine was promised 8 weeks' ago but no sign of it yet.

Looking through travel review sites, ebookers ranks amongst the very worst with similar customer experiences throughout and warnings to avoid ebookers far more blunt than this one.

Use them at your peril!
