I read about enhance-me.com on here and have just used them for the 2nd time and have been well impressed. I don't usually write about stuff like this but enhance-me is a brill site and if you've got little kids in your family I deffo recommend you have a look.

It's a small company that will create a scene round a picture of your child, the examples in the photo Dooyoo have got up don't go anywhere near showing how gorgeous the pictures are when they're finished. The basic idea is that you send a high resolution photo of your child to them and they will design a background, making it as magical or adventurous as you like. Once you've confirmed that you like the picture it's sent to you through email to get printed yourself.

I ordered my first one last year, it was a photo of my 2 year old sister and I wanted to give it to my mum and dad for Xmas. The photo I wanted to use was of my sister at a Halloween party and she was in a witches outfit, it was a cute witches dress though and when the lady at enhance-me emailed I said I didn't want the picture to be spooky or anything like that even though she was blatently posing with pumpkins! lol

I didn't think she'd be able to do much with what I wanted because you can't exactly fit a witch into a fairy scene but when the proof come less than 24 hours later I was shocked out of my head by how good it was. It was the same dress but Vicky had added glitter and took the obvious Halloween stuff off so that my sister looked like she was dressed up as a Cinderella princess. The party background was gone completely and my sister is standing in a massive garden with a Disney style castle at the back. It's gorgeous, I'm looking at the printed copy now and it's EXACTLY right!

I OK'd the proof and the final copy was sent to me a few hours later. When Vicky had contacted me in the first place she asked if I had any special requirements and I told her I wanted it to be printed on a 10" by 8" canvas. That was no problem and she sized the photo so that none of the important background is lost where the picture wraps round the sides of the canvas.

The second time I used enhance-me was in January when my cousin had a baby. I took a cute photo of him at a family wedding when he was about 4 weeks old and got them a picture made up of him sleeping in a flower, I didn't get that printed out and emailed it to them to do what they want with. My cousin rang the next day and she loved it so much she ordered a printed copy as soon as she opened the email! lol

You pay for the picture through Paypal and for a picture done of up to 2 children it's £13.99. This is good value I think for the odd picture because there are bargain prints out there so you can save that way. My photo canvas was £24.99 so for less than £40.00 we've got a wicked photo of my sister at a cute age... my mum nearly CRIED when she opened it and I know it was deffo her fave present even though my dad preferred the PS3 games deep down! LOL

Recommeded... brill service and a wicked reminder of my sister how she is now!!!
