Advantages: So much to do...

Disadvantages: Ouch, addictive.

The ubiquitous Facebook - here is an odd website!

Everyone knows the gist of it, connect to people - share data - etc. etc.

However, it needs to be underlined what a wealth of things there are to do on it. It has new applications added constantly, so many activities you can plan and it makes contacting your friends infinitely easier.

Of course there are those who say it can get addictive, which is certainly true.

Also, it is said that privacy issues are a worry. However I say this to you, you only need put information on there that you want to. Also, if you want to let friends know that you like certain films, then why would you be ashamed for anyone else to know?

Despite privacy-worries, this site still is a polished, slick and attractive place that lots of people now hang out. Hey, tell me who doesn't have Facebook really? More and more are joining!

Summary: A good time-waster, but watch out how often you use it!
