Advantages: Great way to keep in touch with friends

Disadvantages: Constant alterations

Facebook is quickly becoming one of the most popular social networking sites on the net (it may already be the most popular I don't know?).

Being really popular and extremely addictive you'd think that they'd be happy with what they have but no, each day seems to bring a different site alteration. Most recently they have changed the news feed, you can now switch between live feed and I don't know what the other one is? Random feed maybe? It seems a little pointless as the original news feed was perfectly fine. Other alterations they have done in the past include comments, now if someone comments on your wall then you click the button to reply it leaves a message attached to the comment on your wall. If like me you're too lazy to click off your own wall and onto the wall of the other person just to leave a reply this can get extremely annoying.

It's not all bad however, I do like the chat feature they added I sometimes find myself using that more that msn messenger depending on how slow it is running/if my messages are actually showing up (thanks to yet more site alterations no doubt).

Facebook is a great way to keep up with friends and family no matter how far away they might be. Like most social networking websites you are able to share photos, videos and leave each other comments and private messages. There are also various applications you can add on Facebook including games where you can verse friends and family head to head online (I particularly like the Scrabble game).

If Facebook management would stop messing about changing things and leave the site as it is, it would be perfect.

Summary: Almost perfect, stop changing things!
