Faircomment.com is a website which, like Dooyoo, allows you to express your views and experiences, either good or bad, on a service provided by a UK company. This comment will be vetted by the website and then if deemed suitable in content, will not only be put up on the site for everyone else to see, but will also be forwarded to the company concerned and any response(or lack of one) posted up on the site as well. As an idea it sounds great in practice. Before you can use this site you have to register and then log-in. Through its Internet site, Fair comment identifies itself as an organisation devoted to championing consumers' rights in relation to goods and services provided by Big Business. Registration of the site requires an e-mail, user name, postcode and a few other survey-type questions to effect the free membership.
