I regularly order books from The Book Depository and decided to use fatcheese.co.uk to get some cashback since Quidco and TopCashBack don't have the option.

I signed up and made 2 orders using their referral link which tracked perfectly.

The I waited. I waited and I waited some more.

I then decided to open a ticket to find out what on earth was going on.

I waited again. I waited longer, I waited longer still.

I bumped my tickets several times. Nothing, nadda, no response.

So if you're thinking about using fatcheese.co.uk as of today then you may want to think again since they are no longer responding to support requests and are (I assume) keeping my cashback for themselves.

It's a shame because there are a few stores that are only with fatcheese and not with the other big 2 that I have mentioned.

Several other people over at MSE have said that they are no longer paying.
