I have often ordered from FeelUnique but am not going to order again. With my last order they sent me a voucher for £5 off if I spent over £25. I spent ages getting the order up to that amount, but the voucher didn't take off £5 when I typed in the code. I emailed the company and they said it wouldn't work with 'sale' items. Only 2 of the items were in the sale, and I HAD to order them because I needed them and have ordered before at those prices. I told them this and then they said there were other exclusions to the voucher. The list of exclusions was a fair number of different brands! To quote from their email to me: "Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including Unique Member Benefits. Discount codes exclude the following brands Stila, Gatineau, ghd, Ole Henriksen, Dr Sebagh, Lily Lolo & Moroccanoil. and such excluded brands may be amended from time to time in our sole discretion. Unless otherwise stated Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers including Unique Member Benefits and Sale items."
It became clear to me that the time I would have to spend checking all the exclusions was just not WORTH £5. (As well as juggling figures to get the order to be over £25) I emailed them again and told them I felt it was unfair to expect customers to read so much small print and check off all the exclusions. Their reply then was that I had used an expired voucher. I told them it was a 'new and unused' voucher. They then asked me to photograph it and email it to them!!!! That was the last straw. As if, after all the emails we had exchanged, I had time to do THAT! When I told them I had no time to do that they said they 'could not give any further help' They had not helped me at all!
I ordered the same items from Amazon - as what you see is what you get from there and there was no time wasting and small print!
I would be very careful when purchasing products from feel unique.com as I believe that my recent beauty product was fake.
I recently purchased Xen Tan Transform Luxe product - which is a premium gradual self tanning product.
This product was different to the original product because:
1. Slightly different packaging
2. Fragrance was different
3. Consistency/texture was completely different - it was thicker which made it extremely difficult to apply
4. orange in colour
5. Embarrassingly streaky (original Xen products are highly recommended for their natural colour and streak free effects - which they most certainly are - as I'm a regular customer of their products).
6. Gave me a rash
I wrote to feel unique re this issue, and all they said was please send product back.
I have also emailed Xen Tan directly to advise them of this.
I wouldn't want anyone to buy Xen tan products for the first time and receive a fake product - as Xen Tan products are excellent and highly recommended.

HelloI ordered 10 days ago a repair mask from moroccanoil from feelunique.com and I received a product that had already been opened and used! I complained about it but never got any answer from them neither on their own website nor on the email address that they sent to inform me about the dispatch of my order. It is a poor quality service and unacceptable treatment of their client. I will never recommend them anymore, I have been better treated by other web seller company!M from Brussels
I had ordered Equazen Eye Q Liquid - Vanilla 200ml from Feel Unique Order FN6270579 about a month ago. They have sent me a email saying that they have dispatched my order and I will receive in 7-10 days. But I never received anything from them. I contacted there customer care email and they say to wait for 23 working days. I waited for that much time also, still my stuff is not with me. I tried contacting there customer care but they stopped responding on my emails. It seems like they are taking money from people and just sending fake emails for order dispatch. They never sent my product, Also when I ask for tracking number they say they don't have it as it was sent was standard postage option which do not have tracking numbers... Real bad bad experience ..
After placing an order, I absent mindedly approved the order. Unfortunately, I forgot one critical line to my address.
Immediately, after realising my mistake, I sent numerous emails to all of the customer service emails (which there are multiple i.e. care@...., sales@..., etc).
Three working days later, I received an email stating that my order had been dispatched BUT that it was getting shipped to the old address.
I immediately called them (which I hadn't done before - I live in Australia) and was met by rude Sophie.
Sophie blamed me as a customer stating that they "rely solely and heavily on customer's checking their orders". There was also a backlog of technical issues so my multiple emails were irrelevant to them.
She then continued to state that I was "wrong" and it was "my fault".
Although cheap, not worth the headache of dealing with them if things go wrong.
"Free delivery worldwide" is their catch. Sounds good, right?The truth is that the postage is hidden in the product prices for non-UK customers. The price tags for Sweden was 30% higher than those of UK, and I found it after my purchase.But that was not all. I live in Sweden and I bought from this site because they stated their physical address "UK", an EU member. Taking two long weeks for the delivery as just a cute side of feelunique.com, I had to pay the customs of 35% the already padded total (= +75% original price). The customs service said they'd received many inquiries about the same trouble, because the shop did not honestly mention any of the risk I'd ended up taking. They shold change their catch into "The Destination for Beating".

The site offers plenty to look at with pics of products and of course the super hot women modelling them. The pictures are updated often as the special offers change frequently.
The site is very easy to navigate. You can search for a specific product, search by brand, browse the special offers or just browse through the categories if you're not sure what you're after.
The Categories on the site are; Skin, hair, body, make-up, fragrances, sun & tanning, healthy living, gifts, at home and men. Each category then has subsections which makes it even easier to find suitable products.
Buying is easy peasy, you don't have to be a member to start buying but, you're asked to sign up on check out.
Once you're signed up you will receive regular emails updating you of all the special offers and competions (when they run).
The site gives you their price, an informal description of the products but also tell you how much you're going to save on the RRP.
Delivery is free world wide and all major cards are accepted. The site also accepts paypal and it is possible to change the currency which you pay by.
There are loads of well known brands available on the site such as: Clarins, Darphin, Elemis, GHD, Tigi, Redken and many, many more, including lesser known but quality products.

I was quite happy with the high street when shopping for hair and beauty products but in May my boyfriend and I decided to move in together. His hair is his crown and glory and he will only use expensive shampoo and conditioners that are used in Salons. he persuaded me that if we bought huge bottles of Tigi it would work out more cost effective than buying my usual brand from the super market. he's far too lazy to carry stuff round the shops and buys everything online so he told me to check the site out. The dreaded feeling that I have done no Christmas shopping yet, and the horrible feeling that I know exactly what it is going to be like in town, crowded, loud and knackering, not what I needed currently! So I, like a lot of other people, would like an easier way to get really good Christmas presents, without having to wander around town in the cold, so I stumbled across FeelUnique.com, a website which has beauty, fragrance and home products, so I thought I'd give it a go.
The website is simple but looks very professional, with the background being white, it allows the website to be easily to be viewed and read. The toolbar at the top allows you to navigate through the website easily, and gives you the subheadings, and what is included in that heading, for example, in Make Up, it includes face, eyes, lips etc, which means you can easily find the products you want and go straight to that page, instead of trawling through all the pages. Also the toolbar allows you go straight to the brand in that section, so it allows you to go straight to the brand you want and also allows you search for a certain brand or product.
The on a page, the website shows a smallish picture of the product, the brand and the price FeelUnique are selling for, but also it shows the price you would find the product for, which allows you to calculate the savings you are getting. If you click on the product, you get a much bigger picture of the product, which allows you to get a much better view of the product, which allows you to see any details on bags and clothes. There is also a much more in depth description of the product, which allows you make sure you are looking at the right product for you, and for make up and body care, the website gives you complimentary products, which allows you buy other products which go well together. And for bags, the give you exact measurements about the bag, so you know exactly the size, which is really advantage if you wanted an exact size bag.
FeelUnique.com has such a huge range of products, I would be surprised if you didn't find what you were looking for to be honest. The website has a huge array of sections, and products in the sections, her are a few of the products in stock:

One of the best parts of the website is that the designer products that the website provides, such as TIGI, ghd, Clinique, St Tropez, which is a real advantage to people who use these products, and because they are much cheaper then over the counter is makes them more assessable to people, for example, you can save £20 on ghd straightners, £20ish on Bare Escentuals Bronzing kit, and £9 of Hugo Boss for men. Although they aren't massive savings, it is a saving and if you buy things on bulk, eg Christmas presents, then you might get a considerable amount of savings through FeelUnique.com. Roughly, I saved about 35% on Christmas presents according to the RRP, which is a huge saving, and obviously a great thing coming up to Christmas. Also there are no hidden charges lurking in the background, the handling costs etc are included in the product costs (except if you choose a delivery which costs.)
After saving around £5.50 on my auntie's birthday presents, selection of relaxation products, I decided to buy some of my Christmas gifts on FeelUnique.com, which was easy, as you add the product you want to your basket, and then choose to go to the checkout, and either log in or register your details with FeelUnique.com, and then basically you confirm your order and then choose your delivery method you want, personally I chose the recorded delivery, which is £1 and takes 2-3 days. I ordered my products over two weeks ago, and i STILL haven't received them! My money has been taken from my account a week ago....acceptable? I think NOT!!!! You may save a few pounds in rrp, or in postage & packaging, but to be honest i'd rather pay more and receive my products straight away! They were misleading me by saying my order had been dispatched and i'd receive it in 2-3 days...and i'm still waiting. Feelunique.com is one of my most often used online shops. They mainly sell beauty, grooming and health products but their selection also includes some other products, such as stuff for home.
Products are divided into nine different categories, which are Skin, Hair, Body, Makeup, Nails, Fragrances, Sun & Tanning, At home, Goodies, Healthy living and Men's. The amount of different brands at feelunique.com is pretty amazing; they've got hundreds of them. There are fancy high-end products, as well as cheaper options and many organic brands too, so everyone should be able to find something suitable there. Here are some examples of the brands sold at feelunique.com: A'kin, Biotherm, Burt's Bees, Chanel, Darphin, Fake Bake, Garnier, ghd, Green People, Ole Henriksen, Tigi, Weleda... and the list goes on and on.
The prices at feelunique.com are very reasonable, at least compared to - once again - Finnish prices. I've found products there that are almost 50% cheaper than the same ones sold in Finland. I first stumbled across this site when i was looking for Sarah girls aloud eylure lashes, the price for these lashes is £5 however Feel unique charge £4.35 ( this includes delivery) and while this might not seem like alot of money off i order 10 pairs at a time so instead of spending £50 i get them for £43.50.
Iv placed about 8 orders with this company and never had a problem with them, each time my item has arrived within 5 days of the order also i rang them up a few months ago to ask if they planned on re stocking an item ( the item was limited edition and a lot of stores weren't able to get hold of it) ,they was very polite and helpful to me and even emailed me when the item was back in stock.

I came across Feelunique website about 1.5 years ago and since then it's been my favourite shop for buying cosmetics. It is an online only shop, so 24/7 accessible and what's better there are no queues. They have a good range of products, most of them from luxury brands like Christian Dior or Yves Saint Laurent, but they also stock products, albeit limited lines, from high street brands. Many times I have been inspired by the website to try a new exciting product or a new brand.
Their products range is not only cosmetics for women. They also have a special section for men, products for home, food supplements, etc.
Feelunique was founded in 2005 and is based in Jersey, UK.
---- Products ----
As I mentioned before, the choice of products in Feelunique is very large. They currently stock about 7000 lines, and gradually adding to this number. There are many salon and luxury brands, some high street brands, organic products and products/brands I have never even heard of before.
A great thing is that they encourage customers to suggest products for their catalogue and if many people want to purchase a particular item, it would be added to Feelunique catalogue. In addition, you can get £20 voucher to spend in Feelunique for suggesting a new product - the winners are selected in a prize draw each month. I have only suggested a product once and unfortunately, it wasn't included nor had I won anything, but I received a reply from the shop telling me which other product from their catalogue I could use instead. I thinks such a personal reply was a very nice touch.
Anyway, coming back to the product range, I have listed below the categories of products sold at Feelunique:
* Skin - skin care products including individual items and gift sets. You will first need to select a type of skin product you are looking for: moisturiser, exfoliator, lip care, etc. before browsing through several pages of results.
For me, the only negative is that there aren't many high street brands here, e.g. Olay moisturiser, which is currently my favourite. But I understand that this is mainly a luxury brand shop, so I cannot complain.
* Hair - this section includes shampoos, conditioners, treatments, colour products from salon brands, such as Redken, but also high street brands, like Garnier. Here you can also buy electrical items (straighteners and hair dryers), hair care supplements, brushes, scissors, etc.
I was surprised to find a Garnier Nutrisse Hair Colour amongst the products, which I think is a very ordinary brand. I'm a bit disappointed that the straighteners range is very limited and includes mostly GHD products.
* Body - here you will find usual body products such as moisturisers or shower/bath products. In addition, you can choose deodorants, hair removal products (cosmetic and mechanic), baby body products and even insect repellents.
* Make up - all the necessary make up products you need, including accessories like make-up brushes and fake eyelashes.
* Nails - everything you need for the perfectly manicured nails
* Fragrance - a good choice of female and male fragrances, including celebrity perfume, perfumed products and fragrances for children.
Good range of fragrance, although I'm noticing that some perfume are not stocked permanently and you see them for a few months only before they disappear. Unfortunately, none of my favourite fragrances are listed in the shop.
* Sun & tanning - all the products you need to protect your body and hair against UV rays, also fake tan products and accessories.
* Goodies - this section includes all sorts of unrelated products such as underwear (very limited choice), socks, hot water bottles, yoga mats and accessories, and many other items. You have to check yourselves.
* At home - as the name suggests this category contains products such as towels, candles, blankets, rugs, mirrors, etc.
* Healthy living - here you can find all sorts of vitamins, supplements, healthy food and drink, natural remedies, books, oral heath products (electric toothbrushes, teeth whitening, etc).
* Men - the men section includes all the products that I've listed in the previous sections but specific for the male customer.
* Sale - finally all the items on sale are categorised separately under this heading.
All of the products are well described. In addition to being listed with a picture on the website, you can click on a specific product to find out more about it. The information is very thorough and should be sufficient to make a product choice.
My only negative comment about the products is that a few weeks before Christmas I wanted to buy some perfume and waterproof mascara but none of the items were in stock. I sent an email to Feelunique enquiring about the next availability date, but they said their supplier was out of stock and they didn't know when the products would be available. Some of the items that I enquired about disappeared from the listing altogether after Christmas. I understand that end of the year is very busy for any retailer and Feelunique have had an increase in demand over the last year or so, but still I think they could have evaluated better how much stock they need to keep to satisfy all that demand.
Generally, the best choice of products is within the skin and hair care range. Although Feelunique try to include as many types of products as possible (socks, food, candles, electricals), the product range within these categories is not very good and this is slightly disappointing. I imagine that with time, as the company grows, so will the choice of products they sell in the non-cosmetic categories, but I also think it will take some time to get to that stage.

Prices are clearly visible below each product listed and you can compare the RRP with Feelunique price as they are shown one below the other. Usually the discount ranges from 10-20% of the RRP price and the fact that the shop doesn't charge a penny for standard delivery (anywhere in the world) makes this an even better bargain. Feelunique constantly offer additional sales and you will find yourself saving up to 75% of the RRP price on the sale items.

Standard delivery to any worldwide destination is included in the price of a product and the items are shipped out from Jersey.

My experience with Feelunique to date is that the items always arrived promptly (the longest I had to wait was 5 working days of placing the order, but usually it takes about 3 working days). The products are well packed in strong cardboard boxes with polysterene pieces inside and an invoice; the packages are clearly labelled. You can also ask for the items to be gift wrapped for £1.95, but I have never requested this service so cannot comment on it.
The only thing I don't like is that sometimes they would split the order and send it in two packages, presumably because the items are dispatched from different locations. Also, because the delivery is included in the price, it might mean that a £3-worth item bought on impulse is then purchased again within 2 weeks time by the same person. It increases packaging waste and carbon footprint. I try not to buy on impulse (although sometimes it is very difficult with so many great offers!) and plan ahead my cosmetic purchases, ordering more items at once to reduce packaging that's involved in delivery of my products.

In my opinion, the customer service at Feelunique is very good and this (apart from cheap prices) keeps me buying from them time after time. Feelunique keep me well informed of the status of my orders and whenever I had to contact them, I received a reply promptly.
A few times, I wanted to buy a product which currently wasn't in their range and they were very proactive - either telling me when it would likely to appear again or suggesting an alternative product that I could use. I have never needed to return a product, nor I had any complaints, so cannot comment on how the service looks like in that case. However, they offer a money back guarantee should you not be satisfied with their products and, based on my experience with this shop to date, I have no reason not to believe in this claim.
Contacting Feelunique couldn't be easier - it seems that they encourage feedback and are very attentive. You can reach them using an online form, send email (also through their website), fax or contact them by snail mail.

It is very easy to shop at Feelunique - the layout of the website is clear and easy to follow. On the left hand side, there's your account information (or a login box, if you haven't logged in already), on top are various categories you can search by (as described at the beginning of my review), on the right hand side there is an option to search by the brand and finally, in the centre of the main website there's a selection of current sales. You can also view the prices in different currencies (GBP, EUR, USD, DKK, NOK and SEK).
Once you have found you product and clicked on it to read the description, you need to click on "Buy this item" button to add it to your basket. After that, a small screen will appear telling you whether the item has been added or if it is out of stock. I find this bit very useful as you can quickly find out if the product is in stock and if not, ask Feelunique to send you an email reminder once it's been made available again.
If you continue shopping, the bar on top of the website will be showing how many items are in your basket and what the total is for your purchase. Then, you only need to go to check out, login to your account (if you haven't before) or register for a new account and choose a shipping address. You can save several delivery addresses in your account. The website will remember your main delivery address, but you can change it each time you make a purchase. Finally, select a delivery method and enter payment details. You can pay using a credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Delta and Solo). Unfortunately, no other payment methods are possible. Finally, all done!
You should receive an email confirming a receipt of your order and another one once the order has been shipped.
During the registration process you will be asked to specify details about yourself - gender, age and skin type. This information is used by Feelunique to suggest products which would be most suitable and to send you appropriate offers. I find it quite useful as most of the emails I get are relevant to my skin type and preferences.

Yes, I would definitely recommend this website to anyone looking for good quality or luxury products at a cheaper price. The range on offer in some categories isn't very good, and for that I have to take off one star in my rating, but the prices and customer experience make up for that. Feelunique is my first choice for beauty products and I always check if the items I need is listed in their catalogue before I look anywhere else.
What first attracted me to feelunique.com? Well I have to admit it was most definitely the prices. I was after something specific and after using a search facility this website was coming up as one of the cheapest available, postage was also showing as free which was most definitely a bonus!
Feel unique is a website that specialises in beauty, designer products are available at fraction of the price. Skin, Hair, Body, Make-up, Nail and anything else you could wish for is probably on here! They also sell bits and pieces for the home and other 'Goodies' which you shouldn't miss out on.
I found the site very easy to navigate round, unlike some sites I have recently visited the search facility worked a treat. This brought up only the products I was after an not many more that didn't fit the description at all like some websites. This was most certainly a good first impression which has yet to be tarnished.
The prices are great, all the items I have looked for have been cheaper than the RRP and most high street / internet prices available. As expected for the company to be able to do this they ship from Jersey (Just like HMV online etc) not that I am complaining about that as it is saving me money!
I ordered my items over a bank holiday so of course my order was not processed until the following working days. However this was then processed and dispatched within two working days. Great turn around time. There are number or different delivery options available. The price shown on screen includes 1st class royal mail delivery. I however opted to pay £1 for recorded delivery, with the postal services been the way they are I thought that was a safe bet that way if it did go walk abouts well I am then cover to claim it back. However I am aware of other people using the standard delivery without any issues at all. Please note if you do opt for Recorded delivery they will also send you the tracking number so you can keep an eye on it and get excited for your parcel arriving!
