In my International Motor Racing Website Code says that www.fia.com is the ONLY place to go if you're looking for the rules and regulations governing F1, and many other high profile championships. Why? Well, who knows the rules better than the people who wrote them? I've discovered some really funny ones too, such as: "The driver must drive the car alone and unaided" well, you never know when one of the team might try and sit someone on the sidepod to help change gears! I don't think this site is much good really. A governing body's site should have rules for the formulae it endorses, results, press releases etc. but the FIA doesn't have any of that. It's fairly hard to navigate and it looks as if someone in the FIA office persuaded the secretary to do it on their day off. If you're professionally involved in the sport you often do need to know news and rule changes are absolutely accurate and ideally the FIA site should be the ideal place to put all that stuff but they don't. For example there were major changes in the organisation of karting this season and the FIA site has no information on it at all. ... Read the complete review
