was disappointed with the essex section of this company. yet when you use Flightline International which has another website http://www.flightline.uk.com and speak to their telesales staff they seem so much more helpful. The computers they use there seem so much more quicker, the staff are more knowledgeable. They are the only company I know who will "split up" charter tickets and sell one ways. They also sell flights all the way around the world and deal with flights that other travel agents do not want to handle. I have used this company many times in the padt 3 years, their web site is very easy to navigate & the flights on the screen are real with real dparture/arrival times, I have never booked this one on line always telephoned to make booking I need to know instantly if I have the flight or not. They cover all popular European destinations & if you leave it until the last minute say within a couple of days the prices are fantastic. there is a nice facility to search 1,5,or 7 days either side of the date you request.
