If you have some spare time in front of a PC and are interested to map and view statistics on all the places that you have flown in your life, this site might just be for you. flightmemory.com is a free site that allows you to input information on flights you have taken. The minimum information is a departure point and destination, you need a date for each flight too, but if you're unsure you can of course type in whatever date you want.
