i have been using fsmail for the last seven months and at first i was relatively happy with it apart from not being able to customise my e-mails or access them through outlook express everything else was fairly acceptable until recently. i access my e-mails every single day and have had endless problems with log in, there have been full days when i have not been able to access the account at all!! invalid username and password being the usual but also error pages, now i can accept that a particular site has it's problems but this is ridiculous,i even began to beleive i had developed a virus. having sent an e-mail to fsmail (through my hubby's email adress as i couldn't access mine) i asked fsmail for reasons why i could'nt access my account and they sent a auto reply to my e-mail address, the question is if i can't access my e-mail address how can i read their instructions??
the following day i could access the account without any problems only to find the day after that the site went down again! as i don't like yahoo and have not had any good responses about hotmail what do i do next, i do not wish to have numerous e-mail addresses as i don't have the time or inclination to visit numerous sites everytime i log on just to read my mail so i suggest that fsmail get their act together and come up with a good efficient site which you can access without any problems! but i don't suppose this is going to happen overnight, i have non existent fingernails and i am now starting on my toes with this site,if it was'nt for the many friends and companies who have my e-mail address i would have changed it some time ago.any suggestions?? other than beachy head!!!
