Fonetastic is a great website where you can send and receive free SMS text messages. This is a great idea and incredibly handy as it is so helpful if you have ran out of credit and desperately need to get in touch with someone. When I first heard about this site I thought there must be a catch, but there really isn't! Its so simple to use, all you have to do is enter the persons phone number and enter your text and then send. Well my mother has always told me that 'nothing in this life is free' but I beg to differ. Recently the whole internet free arena has opened up to me and there's no way i'm going back! Fonetastic is a free SMS texting service on the internet that allows you to send texts to any mobile phone in the UK. Registration is required, which just takes up time when their are sites like cbfsms.com (see my review on this!) that let you do it insently without signing up. It also limits you too 10 texts a day, which is a bit rubbish if you have no credit and it's important. However, free texts are free texts. Please, Please do not order a mobile phone from Fonetastic Mobile - they are the worst company I have ever delt with!!! The story so far: Ordered a mobile phone over 2 weeks ago (almost 3 now) - receiveed a confirmation email and was told someone would contact me with regards to delivery and port date. This never happened - had to call 3-4 times before finally got a port and delivery date. They said the phone would be delivered on the Friday (30/05) and the port date would be on the following Tuesday (03/06) - phone did not arrive on Friday as promised.
