Please, Please do not order a mobile phone from Fonetastic Mobile - they are the worst company I have ever delt with!!! The story so far:

Ordered a mobile phone over 2 weeks ago (almost 3 now) - receiveed a confirmation email and was told someone would contact me with regards to delivery and port date. This never happened - had to call 3-4 times before finally got a port and delivery date. They said the phone would be delivered on the Friday (30/05) and the port date would be on the following Tuesday (03/06) - phone did not arrive on Friday as promised. Had to phone again several times - was promised the phone would be delivered on the Monday (02/06) - did not arrive - had to call several times again - promised it would be delivered the next day (03/06) - phone did not arrive and my old number proceeded to port to my new phone - which I did not receive. So now I've got no phone what so ever - so I amunable to receive and make business and personal calls (while still paying line rental) - made several more calls finally spoke to the 'Manager' who said he could'net get the phone to me until the Thursay (05/06) which left me with no phone for 2 days!!!! But it doesn't stop there - Thursday arrives and still no phone - they delivered it to the wrong address and now parcel force have the phone wghich may get delivered tomorrow leaving me without a phone for 4 days!!!!

The amount of time and money (in calls etc) I have wasted on this company is unbelivable!

I work in e-Business and extremely upset and disapointed at what has happened - I wish I had jusy gone to the shops and got my new phone.

If anyone is considering buying a phone from Fonetastic and actually need their phone to use - don't go there. The worst retail experience I have ever encountered!!!!!!
