This review will be in two parts one from the seller's perspective and two, from the buyers perpective. Lets get to the nitty gritty Fotolia is an excellent place to buy images! It is not so good if you want to sell, unless you can put the time in and unless you are producing a lot of quality images. so the keywords here as a seller are Quantity and Quality - this is good for the buying public - not so good for the professional photographer. Fotolia is a website for professional and semi-professional photographers and amateurs to upload and sell their photos. There are strict requirements regarding size of photograph, the quality and subject matter. I consider myself to be a very good photographer, yet not all of my images are accepted. Once uploaded, you add keywords to your photograph to make your photo easy to find (you must add at least 7), and then categorize your photograph; people, vehicles, landscapes etc. The photographs are then put into a queue and are later reviewed by moderators.
